AN ACT TO DESIGNATE THE U.S. HIGHWAY 90 OVERPASS AT HENDERSON POINT IN HARRISON COUNTY AS THE "GERALD ROUX MEMORIAL OVERPASS"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. (1) The U.S. Highway 90 overpass at Henderson Point in Harrison County is designated and shall be known as the "Gerald Roux Memorial Overpass."

(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall place appropriate markers at each end of the overpass.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
